Gymnastics for the face

Start the exercises with a light workout. Tilt your head to the left and right, back and forth, then rotate. Take your time not to provoke dizziness. Do not try to make slopes with maximum amplitude. Repeat all movements 10 times.

One of the most problem areas is the cheeks. To remove flabbiness and tone the skin will help a simple exercise. Put the air in your mouth and move it from one cheek to the other. Make 10 movements in each direction.

Strongly articulating, pronounce the sounds "o", "y", "and". This can be done without sound. Repeat the exercise 5-10 times. It improves the face oval, removes unpleasant pouches on the lower jaw and smoothes nasolabial folds.

The "Lion's Pose" is very useful, it effectively strengthens muscles around the mouth, prevents the lowering of the corners of the lips and the appearance of the second chin. Exercise exhale, holding your breath for 6-8 seconds. Stand up, putting your feet to the width of your shoulders. Bend your knees and put your hands in them. Slightly open your mouth, keeping it tight, stick out your tongue and simultaneously raise your eyes up. Breathe out and fix your face for 6-8 seconds. Then, inhale and relax your face again. Repeat the exercise 3-5 times.

Standing straight, raise the head, tilt it back and push the lower jaw so as to feel the tension of the neck muscles. Straight arms pull back, keep your back straight. Exhale and hold your breath. Relax after 6-8 seconds.

Strengthening of the neck

Cosmetologists believe that it is the neck that gives the age of the woman. Therefore, at least half of the complex should be dedicated to this part of the body. Sit straight, place your hand on your neck just above your collarbone. Stretch your closed lips and sharply lower their corners down. You should feel how the skin is stretching at hand. Do not hurry up and repeat the exercise 5 times.

Sit down, leaning slightly forward, head back. Pull the lower lip to the upper one and pull it upward with all its force. Slowly count to 15, then relax the muscles and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 5 times. After completing the complex, tap firmly on the bottom of the face and neck with the back of your hands.
