The procedure for skin cleansing from excess fat, dust and contaminants is recommended to be carried out 2-3 times a day.
In the home conditions you can prepare cleansing tonics. For dry skin tonic from broth of a seed of flax will approach, for a fat skin – from broth of medicinal grasses (a camomile, a calendula, mint, a balm). From small pimples and redness of the skin will help get rid of the infusion of strong green tea with the addition of 1-2 drops of tincture of calendula.

Nourishing mask for any type of face.On a small grater, grate one raw carrot, add 1,5 tablespoons of potato starch, 1 egg yolk, a few drops of any vegetable oil. Apply to face for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
Moisturizing mask.Half a banana without a peel to mash with a fork, add 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, one tablespoon of sour cream and egg yolk. All over, apply on face. After 20 minutes, rinse with warm water.
Recovery and protection
The period of restructuring the body for the spring-summer regime is reflected in all the functions of the body, including the skin condition. The lack of vitamins is not the best way to affect the condition of the skin. It is important that in your daily diet there are vegetables, fruits, greens, which are rich in vitamins and trace elements. During the day, drink up to 2 liters of water. Observe the regime, get enough sleep, lead an active lifestyle. In the spring, the protection of the skin from ultraviolet rays is especially urgent. Do not forget to use sunscreen means, especially when you go to nature.
Restoring mask.Fresh white cabbage finely chopped – 100 gram, a little crumpled, so that the cabbage gave juice, add 1 st. spoon of warmed almond oil. Mix everything. Apply to face for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
