How to remove the chin with exercises
The second chin spoils the appearance of a woman. To get rid of it, do exercises, pour the neck with contrasting water, do a patting massage with a towel soaked in hot salt water (2 tsp for a glass of water).

Straighten your back and keep your head straight. Tip the tongue with force on the lower jaw for 10 seconds. Repeat 5-7 times.

Упражнение 10. Наклоняйте голову влево, смещая нижнюю челюсть к левому плечу, замирая ненадолго в таком положении. Наклоняйте голову вправо, смещая нижнюю челюсть к правому плечу. Повторять 10-12 раз.

Complex of these exercises should be done 2-4 times a day to get rid of the second chin. Many exercises can be done without detaching from work or from domestic affairs, which is very convenient.
