And it's annoying that on parting, we are left with unpleasant side effects in the form of a couple (or even more!) Of extra pounds. How to quickly get rid of an unnecessary cargo and lose weight after a long weekend? There are simple and effective ways, thanks to which you can return to a good form for 5-7 days.

Get rid of edema

Usually a significant portion of excess kilograms is not really kilograms, but liters is accumulated liquid. To quickly lose weight, first you need to get rid of swelling. To do this, you can prepare a decoction of dill seeds as a diuretic: two tablespoons of dill seeds to brew 0,5 l of boiling water and 3 minutes to simmer on low heat. Drink three times a day for half a glass in a warm form. Instead of dill broth, you can once drink a diuretic pill – diuretic, for example, Trigim 5 mg or Lononel 5 mg. Necessarily with any diuretic you need to drink two tablets asparcuma or pananginum in order to prevent a deficiency of potassium and magnesium in the body.

Intensively drink water – a day at least one and a half liters of pure still water. It is useful to add fresh lemon juice to the water. We exclude any sweet drinks and alcohol. Important: do not drink a lot of water at night – provoke edema, and we need to remove excess fluid from the body.

No – gluttony!

If we want to lose weight quickly, we ruthlessly exclude from the diet floury, sweet, fatty, fried and potato dishes. For snacks during the day, instead of muffins, sweets and rolls, use low-fat cottage cheese, boiled eggs, apples and fresh cucumbers. We will try to use a minimum of salt, so as not to detain excess fluid in the body. After 19-00 hours we brush our teeth and forget the way to the refrigerator until the morning.

Purify and blame the body

To quickly lose weight and remove toxins, you need a cleansing or laxative tea (to drink at night 2-3 times with an interval of 2 a day). Important: do not abuse the laxative so as not to disrupt the natural intestinal motility. After cleaning the intestine, a sauna or sauna will have a wonderful effect: health, rejuvenation and weight loss – three in one.
