How to place an order Avon
Placing orders at Avon has been simplified thanks to the Internet. Now there is no need to fill in paper documents and carry them to the office. You can, without leaving home, send orders in 3-4 steps and then only receive them at a convenient post office for you.

Instructions

For registration of collected by you orders please visit avon.ru. If you are visiting the portal for the first time, but are Representative, then register on it, get your computer number and create your own password. Write down or remember them, they will be needed every time you visit the site.

Select the "Representatives" link in the upper right corner of the main page. It will redirect you to the appropriate section, where you will need to enter the number and password and click the "Login" button.

On the opened page there is a black navigation bar, on it and select the button "Place an order" or "My orders / place an order". A new section will be loaded in which you should tick off: an advertising campaign (usually it is automatically selected), the order type (there is a choice between the usual and the paid urgent) and the client.

If this is the first time you send an order in this way, it is possible that you do not have any recorded customers. You can enter their names with the "Add customer" button or leave everything under your own named. It practically does not affect anything, but gives you a visual distribution of all orders in the account for each person individually.

Click the "Start order" button. Then on the next page you can choose different types: quick, normal or by catalog. On the same page there is a link to the training video course "How to place an order".

A quick method will allow you to enter into the table the codes of the required products and their number, the usual one – also check the selected objects with the search button (magnifying glass in the row of the table). In the electronic catalog, click on any desired product and select the "Add to order" button in the pop-up window. Choose yourself what method is convenient for you.

Just under the spreadsheet, click the "Save Order" button and on the same page, but in the bottom section check the number of directories you need. Usually a choice is offered between the catalogs of current and future advertising campaigns, automatically ticking the new directory in the amount of 5 pcs. And at the very bottom of the page, click Continue.

On the next three pages, you will be asked to choose business accessories, trial products and tools from the sale. If you are interested in them, click "Add to order" by selecting the quantity and click the "Continue" button below. If not, then click the last button.

Carefully read the last page of the order. Here you will be asked to choose the method of delivery, enter the data of the trustee, who can pick it up, check the place of receipt of the product. Also here you can check the account, the availability of the selected funds in the warehouse and tick the consent with the conditions of the company. Once you've checked everything, click the "Send" button. By mail, you will receive a notice from the company about the acceptance of the order.
