How to peel a heel from a rough skin
Ragged skin on the heels and cracks causes discomfort and pain when walking. To clean the heels of coarse skin, and also to soften and moisturize these effective folk remedies.

Epsom salt

Epsom salt improves circulation in the legs and softens the skin of the feet. In addition, it contains magnesium, which helps to remove toxins.

  • Soak your feet in warm water, then cleanse the skin with soap.
  • Fill the basin again with warm water and add 1-2 handfuls of Epsom salt. Keep your feet until the water becomes cool, then wipe your feet with a soft towel.
  • Let it dry for 10 minutes and wash your feet again to remove dead skin cells.
  • Rinse your feet in warm water and dry. Apply a moisturizer and wear socks for better absorption of the cream.
  • Repeat the procedure 3 times a week.

Lemon

Lemon removes dead skin cells and makes it soft and smooth.

  • Fill the basin with warm water. Add a little lemon juice to it.
  • Soak your feet for 15 minutes. After rassrivshy rough skin, rub it with pumice stone.
  • Rinse your feet with water and wipe dry.
  • Apply a moisturizer.

Or

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of Vaseline with the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Soak your feet in soapy water and then pat clean with a towel.
  • Apply the mixture to coarsened skin.
  • Put on a pair of socks and go to bed.
  • The next morning, peel pumice skin.
  • Regularly repeat the procedure.

Glycerol

Glycerin can make the skin softer and lighter.

  • Mix a sufficient amount of glycerin and lemon juice.
  • Apply the mixture on the heels.
  • Leave on 20 minutes and rinse with water.
  • Repeat this process regularly.

Or

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of glycerin and lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of rose water.
  • Apply the mixture to coarsened skin.
  • Scratch the skin for 5 minutes and leave it for 20-25 minutes.
  • Then rinse with cool water.

Banana

Banana effectively removes the skin from dead cells, and also moisturizes it.

  • Grind 1 a ripe banana in a smooth paste and attach to the heels.
  • Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water and then with cool water.
  • Do the procedure daily.

Or

  • Take the 1 ripe banana, avocado puree and crushed orange peel.
  • Mix them in a blender.
  • Apply the mixture on your feet and hold 30 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water and dry.
  • Apply any moisturizer.
