Monday. Body. We turn on the shower, enjoy and relax the minutes 2-3, then we put on the body scrub, carefully scrape. After the scrub is washed away, you can treat the problem areas (most often the abdomen, hips and buttocks) with a special stiff washcloth or mitten. We are drenched with cool water, wiped, apply milk or body balm to the skin (or it can be a nutritious oil or anti-cellulite cream).

Tuesday. Face and neck. Remove makeup with milk or foam, then deep cleansing (scrub or peeling), apply a nutritious or moisturizing mask to the face, neck, apply patch-mask around the eyes, after 10 minutes of the mask is washed off. After masks, you can wipe your face with a tonic, apply your favorite cream on your face and around your eyes, it's better not to spread the cream over your skin, but to drive it with your fingertips, this will be a kind of facial massage. In the end, you can apply the nourishing oil on the eyelashes and balm on the lips.

Wednesday. Hair. My head, for 15 minutes, we apply a nourishing mask (we select any depending on the type of your hair), after the mask has been washed off, we put on the hair conditioner or balm. It's enough for today.

Thursday. Arms. At 7 minutes, we immerse our hands in warm water with sea salt, we get rid of the cuticle (we move, cut or dissolve) in the way you habitually do, shape your nails, lubricate your nails with a specialized oil or Aevite. Design and nail polish on request. Lubricate hands with a nutritious or moisturizing cream.

Friday. Legs. To begin with – a bath for feet minutes on 10-12, then with a washcloth and soap we rub the feet, toes, nails, three pumice. We apply a nourishing cream. We put our nails in order, cut them, file them, if necessary, we apply nail polish.

Saturday and Sunday – weekend. You can do nothing, you can start the cycle anew, and you can devote one of the days to yourself as a favorite in general – take a bath with fluffy foam at home or meet in a sauna with friends.
