To prevent the formation of cracks, you need to choose suitable comfortable shoes, use only a mild detergent when washing your feet, do not keep your feet in hot water. To avoid excessive dryness of the heels, it is recommended not to keep them in the sun for too long.
If you still have cracks on the heels, you can cure them with folk remedies. For example:
- Make a cake from 2 art. spoons of flour with 1 art. spoon of honey. Then heel it is necessary to steam out, attach the received cake and bandage the foot. Put on cotton socks and go to bed. The procedure is recommended to be performed every day before going to sleep until the cracks disappear.
- You can also knead a cake from a different composition. Mix fish oil, onion and aloe juice, add flour until you form a cake. It also attach to the cracks, bandage and put on socks.
- For shallow cracks will fit sea buckthorn oil. You need to lubricate their heels every night, before going to bed. If there is a possibility, you can also during the day. It is best to moisten the cotton swab in oil, attach to problem areas and bandage the feet. Be careful, as sea buckthorn oil leaves stubborn stains on clothing.
- For the treatment of cracks on the heel can be used and lard. Milled fat melt in a clean frying pan and grease pre-steamed heels at night. On legs it is recommended to put on cotton socks.
