This is the lack of proper care, and tight uncomfortable shoes, as well as various fungal diseases, beriberi, and sometimes hormonal failure. But whatever these reasons, it is possible to bring the condition of the skin on the heels to the proper view, it is enough to follow a few very simple, but very effective tips.

Have not yet come up with a tool that can help get rid of the coarse skin of heels once and for all. And the bright advertisement of "miracle funds" is an undisguised deception of buyers. So that your heels remain soft and again not hardened, you need to ensure their proper care, no less thorough than the face and hands.

To soften the skin of the heels, preparing them for further procedures, you can regularly make them a bath with broths of medicinal herbs, contrasting, with sea salt, with the addition of wine, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide. In addition to the baths, various lotions and masks for heels will be effective, but they need to be done only after peeling the keratinized cells with a scrub.

Never cut the hardened skin of the heels with a razor, knife and other sharp objects! You can get hurt, and the effect of the method is short-lived: all this keratinized layer on the heels will quickly grow and become even firmer. It is better to use a pumice stone, a brush or a special file. In combination with leg scrubs (in our time they can be found in any store) they give a lasting effect.

With heavily hardened heels, the onion compress helps to cope with the problem at night. Onions cut into small slices, scalded with hot water and apply to the heels. We wrap the feet with plastic wrap and put on socks. The next morning, you should rinse your feet well, brush and lubricate with a moisturizer.

Another effective "assistant" means can be a mask of aspirin. To do this, crush 10 tablets of acetylsalicylic acid, add a few drops of iodine and alcohol to the powder. The resulting mass rub into the cracked skin of the heels. This mask quickly heals cracks in the feet.

Regular massage of the heels will also help to soften them, giving them a well-groomed appearance. Rubbing the feet with circular movements of the fingers restores their blood circulation, reduces puffiness, promotes rapid renewal of the skin.

Regular and full-fledged care should be accompanied by a balanced diet. Your products should contain vitamins A and E, the lack of which often becomes the main reason for the roughness of the heels. It is equally important to monitor the amount of water you consume daily. In this case, the condition of the heels will be kept at an acceptable level.

Important: shoes should always choose the size. Tight shoes, too high heels, poor-quality materials from which it is made, disrupt the circulation of blood in the legs, cause sweating, swelling of the feet, contribute to the appearance of calluses and corns. In summer, shoes with a closed heel are preferable. So, your feet will be protected from the sun, wind and sand. Try not to walk barefoot. Before going out, it is recommended to lubricate the heels with a nutritious cream.
