How to care for oily and thin hair
The main problem with which the owner of fatty and thin hair has to face is increased production of the sebace secret of the glands of the scalp, which causes the hair to stick together and look terrible. For such a hair, you need a special care.

You will need
  • – lemon juice;
  • – essential oil of tea tree;
  • – Herbal collection (nettle, melissa, oak bark, calendula and birch leaf);
  • – water;
  • – baking soda;
  • – yolks of chicken eggs;
  • – Honey.
Choose the right shampoo. In the composition of such a cosmetic agent, lanolin and silicone should not be present, since these substances weight the hair due to their "gluing". Prefer a shampoo containing fruit acids, for example, citrus or apple. For greater efficiency, add a little lemon juice or a few drops of aromatic tea tree oil in the cleanser you have chosen.

To wash your head, use soft boiled water (to soften the tap water, add a little baking soda to it). It is desirable that it was barely warm or cool at all. Wash your hair in two stages. At the first stage, apply a small amount of detergent to the scalp and hair, lightly foam and then wash off immediately. The second stage of this procedure is as follows: apply the shampoo on the hair, puff it, massage gently on the scalp, then leave the detergent for 2-3 minutes: this will enhance the effect of the therapeutic ingredients present in the detergent. After wash the shampoo.

Do once a week oat peeling. For this, take 1,5-2 st.l. oat flakes, mix them with 1 tbsp. kefir and 1 st.l. honey. The resulting gruel is applied to the steamed skin of the face and massage 2-3 minutes, then leave the mask for 5-7 minutes, and then rinse with cool boiled water.

For rinsing, use acidified cool water or a cooled herbal decoction. To prepare a conditioner for oily and thin hair, take 5 st.l. herbal mixture, pour a liter of boiling water, then leave to infuse until the infusion is cooled to a comfortable temperature and strain. Pour the infusion into a basin and dilute with a liter of cold boiled water: the rinse is ready.

To give volume to hair, make masks, for example, egg. For its preparation, take 2 yolks, lightly beat them (a gentle foam should appear), enrich the mixture of 1-2 tsp. lemon juice or 2 tsp. honey, then apply this mass on the scalp for 15-17 minutes. Then wash your head with shampoo and rinse your hair with a herbal rinse.
