This method of losing weight drove me into some kind of terrible stress, especially when I was already thin to the right size and wanted to relax, but it was not so: every dinner after six, scheduled gatherings with friends, an invitation in the evening in a cafe – from all this I was in a bad mood before, because I knew that the next day my belly would stick out again and I would not be able to get rid of it in a couple of days. So I lived for at least two years, sipping a hot, sugar-free tea in the evening, when my husband was having supper after work, and I wanted to make him a company. I understood that if I want to be slim, I will now have to eat all my life, trying to have time to eat up to six, and wildly upset if I have to eat in the evening.

It's strange for me to turn around and see myself, which is sad that she was invited to dinner in a cafe. Agree, this is just ridiculous. Now, if I'm hungry, I can eat at eleven in the evening – everything will be all right. How did I come to this? I'm telling you.

  • Firstly, I started doing physical exercises.   • I started drinking water. Many can not force themselves to do this, they say that their body does not take so much water (the minimum is to drink two liters a day). After a while my body got used to drinking water and at first stopped resisting, then began to demand more and more. I myself am still surprised. Now I easily drink 2,5 liters per day, without forcing myself – this has turned from duty to need. Therefore, I advise you to try not to give up, if you feel that there is so much water in you and not drinking, drinking, drinking … Most likely, in the end you will get the same thing as me: an organism that can not leave from home without a bottle of water, or thirst will be thirsty. To be honest, it seems to me that it is the use of so much water that allows me not to recover. Honestly – over what I eat, I do not bother, that is, I do not cook specifically dietary dishes. I cook for the whole family the usual food. We rarely eat fried or mayonnaise salads, and so – usually eat. I try not to overeat, and, as I noticed on my own, it's much more important than what I eat. If I needed to lose weight now, I would not have sat down on any diet, but would just get up from the table at the moment when I'm almost full.
