Facelifts with operations and injections are very radical, and not every woman can decide on them. A new gentle way of skin rejuvenation is thermolifting. It is also called radiolifting, and this is a breakthrough in cosmetology. Thermolifting is a modern alternative to Botox. This procedure is a rejuvenation and skin tightening with the help of a thermal effect. During the heating of the skin, its blood circulation intensifies, the production of collagen is stimulated, the skin is literally strengthened from the inside. Wrinkles, protruding vessels, enlarged pores, pronounced nasolabial folds – thermolifting can easily cope with all this.
The effect is noticeable after the first procedure, however, as for most cosmetology methods, it is better to conduct a course of eight to ten procedures, depending on the skin condition. After the thermolifting session, recovery time is not required, since the skin surface is not injured. The rejuvenating effect after the procedures is strengthened for half a year, and lasts for several years in the future. Thermolifting is recommended to women after thirty-five years. Another important nuance – thermolifting should not be done if you have already used, for example, Botox, or other injections.
Hardware thermolifting can not be used for skin diseases, tumors, oncological diseases, herpes, presence of a pacemaker or defibrillator, metal implants, pregnancy and lactation.
The procedure of thermolifting can be performed in a cosmetology salon with the help of a special device where you can achieve maximum effect and consult a physician with a beautician who will tell you how many procedures you need for your skin.
Mini-devices for self-carrying thermolifting at home can be found in specialized stores. Do not forget to clean the skin before the procedure, and apply a soothing cream after.
If there is no possibility to visit a cosmetology salon, thermolifting can be arranged independently, without the aid of the apparatus. But it is worth noting that the effect will be less pronounced than when carrying out hardware thermolifting in the cosmetology room. Refrain from carrying out thermolifting for three months after chemical peeling.
So, to begin with, cleanse the skin well and wash your hands with soap. Apply the most moisturizing cream to your face (preferably if it contains hyaluronic acid). Well massage the face on the massage lines (from the middle of the face to the temples). Slightly pat your face with your fingertips. Next, you need to take cotton swabs, and soaked in very hot water (but, of course, not in boiling water), put on your face. As the cotton swabs cool down, re-moisten them in water and apply. Repeat at least three times, the face should turn red with heat.
The next step is washing. Then apply some cooling mask, or wipe the skin with an ice cube. However, if you have many dilated vessels on your face, skip this step. Fix the result with a soothing or nutritious cream for your skin type.
Use this procedure regularly, and the result will not take long. In addition to the above, on sale there are special creams with the effect of thermolifting, which need to be applied twice a day for six months.
