I’ve honestly not tried any CC Creams ( Colour Control Creams ) which are a rip-offs of BB Creams, but looks like certain brands are still trying to hype it up in hoping that it will create a buzz ( Chanel being one of them ). Now, Taiwanese brand St Clare will be upgrading their CC Cream and introducing a new version called the St Clare Color Control CC Cream.
First introduced in April 2010, the CC Cream did apparently create some buzz in Taiwan and achieved encouraging sales in the Summer of 2011. The new version of the CC Cream will see the addition of Sodium DNA which is a sodium salt of DNA and used in super luxurious Swiss brands such as Valmont, Cellcosmet, etc. Read more about this supposedly super anti aging ingredient : here.
The high-techness doesn’t stop there. It contains other high-tech patented anti aging and whitening ingredients such as the patented AA2G which is a stabilized version of Vitamin C, the patented ActiWhite, Arbutin, and Fullerene RS ( which can be found in Dr WU’s line too ), a patented Nobel Prize technology, which is a superior radical scavenger with unparallel anti-oxidation effect that eliminates free radicals and inhibits UVA-Induced melanin formation. Fullerens have been used in some very VERY expensive skincare brands such as Zelens.
Are you going to be trying this? Or are you just going to stick to your BB Creams?
